How to reach us
Two telephone lines, an email address and two messaging apps, all of them answered by somebody in the building. No contact form: a form is a black box, and you should be able to check that a person answers before you commit any money.

Reception answers 24 hours a day. Reservations are on the second line from 09:00 to 21:00 Kyiv time; outside those hours reception takes the message and someone calls back in the morning. Ukrainian and English at the desk around the clock; Polish and German during the day.
Email is answered within a few hours during the day, and by the next morning if it arrives overnight. WhatsApp and Telegram ring the same phone as reception, so they are the quickest way to reach a person.

By train
Nearly everyone arrives by train now. The overnight services from Przemyśl and Warsaw and the day trains from Chełm and Chișinău all come into Kyiv-Pasazhyrskyi, about fifteen minutes away by car. We meet trains at any hour — send us the number and we will watch it, so a three-hour delay does not end with you looking for a taxi at four in the morning.
Boryspil airport
Ukrainian airspace is closed, so Boryspil is not taking civil flights. Most guests fly into Rzeszów, Warsaw or Chișinău and finish the journey overland. Boryspil is about forty minutes’ drive from the lane, and the transfer stands ready for the day it reopens.
Zhuliany (Kyiv Sikorsky) airport
Zhuliany is closed to civil flights for the same reason, and it is the nearer of the two — about half an hour from the lane. The transfer is listed under Rates and stands ready for the day the airports reopen.
Kyiv has a curfew, currently from midnight to 5 a.m. Nobody moves about the city during it, so a train arriving at 23:40 is fine and a car crossing town at 00:30 is not. Reception is staffed all night and we will let you in whenever you get here — but plan the last leg to land before midnight, and if you cannot, tell us and we will work it out with you.
