Long term rental in Kyiv
Long term rental in Kyiv normally means an empty flat, a year on the lease, two months up front and a landlord you meet once. This is the other kind: a furnished apartment with a kitchen and a washing machine, cleaned every day, in a building with a reception, for as long as you need it and no longer.
What it costs
The nightly rate falls as the stay lengthens, and the booking engine applies the band automatically — there is no code to type and nothing to ask for.
The discount comes off the nightly rate, including any seasonal rate in force. Nothing is stripped out to pay for it: housekeeping, the washing machine, the desk and reception stay included exactly as they are on a three-night stay.
For a stay of several months, or for a company taking more than one apartment, write to us with the dates rather than booking through the form. It is a conversation rather than a coupon, and we can usually do better than the ladder.

All fifteen apartments have the kitchen and the washing machine. The larger ones add a door between the bedroom and the living room and a balcony onto the courtyard, which is what most people take when they are staying past a month.
Who stays this long
Staff on a posting who have not found a flat yet; correspondents in for a rotation; contractors and consultants on a project with an end date; people whose own building is being repaired. Most of them are here for work, most of them arrive with a suitcase and a laptop, and a good number of them come back to the same apartment. Nobody has to sign a year's lease, register a tenancy, buy a kettle or argue about a deposit at the end.
The practical part
- For a stay of thirty nights or more, cancellation is free up to fourteen days before check-in rather than seven.
- Company invoices and bank transfers are possible for a long stay. Write to us before you book so it is set up properly the first time.
- We register your stay ourselves, as every Ukrainian hotel is required to. If you are staying beyond ninety days or working here, check the terms of your own visa — that is past what a hotel can advise on.
How to ask
Send the dates, how many of you there are and whether you need a separate room to work in. We will come back with an apartment and a figure, usually the same day.
